Returns and Exchanges

At miniJon, your satisfaction and happiness is our top priority. Within 30 days since you have received your order, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or if you items arrive damaged, please contact us at support@minijonstore.com and we will do our best to get things fixed for you.  



Kindly understand that our store policy covers your order for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 


Refund Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition and in the original packaging that you have received in. In rare cases to complete your return, we may require a digital receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
*Customised items
*Gift cards
*All items on sale


Refunding Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you with the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or Missing Refunds:
If you still have not received a refund after being notified, kindly contact your bank/ credit card company and do a double check. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@minijonstore.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.


Exchange Requests:
We only accept request for replacement of item(s) if they arrive defective or damaged. Kindly contact us at support@minijonstore.com if you need an exchange and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Exchange is only applicable to the same item or items with value equal or lower than the original item. Depending on where you live, the delivery time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate code will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.


Returning Shipment
To return your product, you should mail the item(s) to the address written at the back of your parcel's envelope when you first received it. Otherwise, kindly contact us at support@minijonstore.com to request for a return delivery address and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
