Q: Can you customise an item for me?

A: Yes, we are always more than happy to help you custom-make an item that you would like but didn't see it in the store!

Simply visit our contact page to fill up the form and I will get back to you as soon as possible. 

 

Q: Do you offer gift-wrapping service?

A: All of miniJon products are gift-wrapped by nature. Your accessory will always arrive packaged in a clear cellophane bag, stored in a heart-warming brown box and finished with a miniJon label. It is then enclosed in a bubble-wrapped envelope before being delivered to you!

However if your order is meant for a surprise gift, you may choose to, during checkout, request to exclude all brand and price-related labels as well as add a little note at no extra cost. 

 

Q: I would like to have your products as my wedding/ party favours.

A: We cater customisable favours to wedding and parties too. Kindly fill in this form and I will get back to you with our product catalog and pricing information as soon as possible. 

*Kindly ensure that you are able to allow up to a month of timeframe for Jonathan to mass-produce for your event.

 

Q: Do you sell wholesale?

A: Yes, we always welcome wholesale orders. Kindly fill in this form and I will get back to you with our product catalogue and pricing information as soon as possible. 

 

Q: Why are your products so pricey?

A: At miniJon, everything we create is rich and diverse in colours and textures. Each item is handmade from with its own unique story to tell. 

We prioritise quality and will spend time to ensure that your accessory will always stay as yummy as it looks. 

 

Q: What is polymer clay? Is it safe for children?

A: Polymer clay is a non-toxic, eco-friendly and pliable medium that can be easily moulded by hand and only hardens when cured in an oven. 

It is safe for children to use, even if they are accidentally ingested. However, we do not recommend giving our products to children under the age of 5 without adult supervision as they are chocking hazards and may cause suffocations.

 

Q: Did you import your products?

A: No. All products of miniJon are entirely designed, handmade and packaged in Singapore by Jonathan and his team (including the ones who wrote this).

 

Q: Are your accessories water-resistant?

A: Yes they are! But of course, we don't recommend you wearing them into showers, swimming pools or even go scuba diving with them, just in case they get lost in the water. 

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept PayPal and majority credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. 

Please be reminded that although you may change the store's currency while shopping, the final prices that will be charged at checkout will be auto-converted by our system to Singapore Dollars (SGD) based on live foreign-exchange rates.

 

Q: How long will delivery take and what are your shipping rates?

Q: What are your return/exchange policies?

A: We warrant your order for 30 days from the day you receive your order. Kindly click here to understand more about our return and exchange policies.

 

Q: Will my personal information such as credit card be stored?

A: We prioritise your privacy very highly and your personal information will never be stored. Our system will not store your personal information permanently. Our system uses well-established security encryption to ensure that your information will never be tracked and stored.
